Airbeat One Festival 2023

Airbeat One Festival in Germany is an outdoor electronic music festival. Gathering more than 200,000 people every year makes it one of the largest festivals in Europe.

Main Stage LED screen array of 2023 edition of Festival was technically challenging to setup and configure and it was my job to do it. Array consisted of mixed types of LED panels and processors with different resolution and latency parameters. This required wide knowledge about video processing and signal routing, because of common use of strobe effects by VJs what would cause every little synchronisation mistake evident.

As every artist performing on stage has his own VJ with various types of equipment, it was my job to smoothly switch between their video signal. Fast decision making and ability to work under pressure was crucial, because every single piece of VJs equipment had different specification, and was brought to me just before next artist stage entry. Thanks to my skills all of this went flawless.
